RTC is Regional Trial Court. Private issued documents needs to be validated by RTC before it can be authenticated by DFA.
Processing is  3 - 5  working days only.
This is usually done for private documents such as Training Certificates, Certificate of Employment, Affidavits, Court Orders, Medical Certificate, JOb Descriptions, CV, etc.
Rate is inclusive of local mailing.
